I absolutely love her to pieces, now onto her outfit! I bought the most AMAZING adoptable from 
^.^ it's from her icecream set. I've decided to dress Talli up as her favorite deserts from now on 
surprisingly I kept the hairstyle it's kinda cute and it suited her pigtails are good every now and then ^.^ so voila! what a lovely adopt <3 and the big ears are like a fennec ^.^

Her expression matches her body & the way her eyes are so big is really cute<33

Okay , well , since this is a critique , i have to give constructive criticism ; u ;
Her tail should be a little lower , the shading could be a little lighter , maybe her ears should be a little smaller ? The dress could be placed differently on her body and her blush should be lighter . Her legs seem a different size . The right leg is a more laid back than her left and seems smaller .
But overall , Talli is so cute !
Furries have not been in my interest, although I have watched you progress from traditional sketches to full on digital art, which is what I see now, which is an improvement I wish I had.
I am here to critique your art, however, so I can explain my ratings. For originality, I gave you a lower rating, only because most of your furries look more or less alike. Go for some change, sometimes~ It'll make everything more interesting, I promise.
As for impact, this piece isn't something I would consider that could impact you, mostly because there isn't much of a concept. However, most chibis are this way, so I hadn't focused on it as much.
I had already talked about technique, so as for vision, the highlights in the hair from the light was a nice touch, although I will say, instead of adding it to every section of hair, maybe you can pick a specific spot. For example I don't think the "pigtails" (?) needed the highlight, although I could be wrong. The blending on this piece is also very well done, as for the shadows and shading. It really does complete the piece.
Overall, this was a very cute outtake on your OC, and I enjoyed reviewing it~ ^-^
