:Baby Pixel: Mermaid

It's somewhere between an icon and a full pixel, so I call them baby pixels done for the lovely ~SlateGreyEyes of her OC remarkably pleasurable to create, a bit darker than I wanted but it has a more realistic feel to it it was a nice little experiment!
